  • At Premium Technologies we endeavour to provide the best possible service, to this end we provide a number of methods of communicating with us including telephone, ticketing, email and live chat.

    • We will acknowledge receipt of all customer communications, requests or complaints within 1 working days of receipt.
    • For technical support requests we will endeavour to correct the issue within 1 working day however some complex issue may take longer, where an issue may take longer than expected to we will keep you updated via our ticketing system.
    • For billing issues we’ll endeavour to correct the issue within 1 working days, where an issue may take longer than expected to correct we will keep you update via our ticketing system.
